  • Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 404.
  • Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and About Custom Error Messages.

Finishing side A and starting side B:
If side A pops:

  • Go back to a good stopping point in the book.
  • Record the following: "End side A page_____"
  • On the label on side A write the page number you end on.
  • Flip the tape over.
  • On label on side B record the page number you are beginning on.
  • Leave 10 seconds of blank tape and then record the following: "Beginning side B page____" Just fill in the page number you are beginning on. Then read as usual.
