Technical Information (for support personnel)

  • Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 404.
  • Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and About Custom Error Messages.

Transcript Request

Currently, requests for transcripts must be submitted to the Drake Cashier’s Office for processing.  Transcripts can also be mailed or faxed to (515) 271-4004.  Payment must accompany all transcript requests.  Payment can be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover.  Once the form is received, the request will be processed and forwarded to Student Records.  Student accounts that are on hold will NOT be processed and the student will be contacted by phone or the request will be returned to the student.

Transcript Pricing is as follows:

$5.00 per transcript up to (4) and then $1.00 for each additional transcript

Faxed transcripts are $1.00 additional.

Overnight transcripts are $25.00 

The Transcript Request form is in a PDF file. You will need to download that document and print off. Then fax or send to the address enclosed in the file.
