Mezzo-soprano Katherine Beane is an Iowa native and current resident of West Des Moines. In 2007, she graduated from Luther College with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Ms. Beane has performed across the country and internationally with the Luther College Nordic Choir, and has also performed locally with the Des Moines Choral Society. She has appeared as a soloist with the Collier Collegiate Chorale of Naples, Florida, and currently serves as alto section leader and cantor at St. Mark Lutheran Church in West Des Moines.
