Guidelines for Administrative Review Administrative Program Review Steering Committee Introduction The Administrative Program Review Guide is designed as a general reference for each unit manager. Each manager will be asked to evaluate programs in his/her unit based on five (5) criteria. A program is defined as "a discrete administrative functional unit or department with a definable budget". The goals and criteria are described below. (on linked pages) For each criteria, a set of questions or statements will be presented. To facilitate the committee's review process, it is necessary for the unit manager to respond to all requests for information on a timely basis. Each program will be evaluated through a process of committee reviews described in the Procedures section. Committee program recommendations will be submitted to the President's Cabinet and to the Review and Priorities Advisory Committee (RPAC). Final program decisions will be determined by the Board of Governors. |
