B.		Explain how your program could be improved, create demand, be of higher quality and/or be more cost effective. [Limit response to 2 pages.] In this section consider : 1.the areas in which you have indicated need for improvement, 2.trends in the external environment that will impact your program in the next few years (e.g., career trend data, placement of your graduates), 3.ways to reengineer to reduce costs, 4.possible innovative program delivery strategies that will increase revenue, decrease cost, improve quality etc., 5.Identify opportunities for collaborative relationships with other programs, institutions, community agencies, corporations and government agencies which would enhance your program. In this section, identify resources necessary to ensure long-term program excellence(e.g., quality faculty, access to resources, new equipment).
