Curriculum vitae

Background:   Employed at Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital from 1975 – 2001 holding positions as staff pharmacist, director of pharmacy and administrative director of laboratory and radiology.  Provided vacation coverage at local retail and hospital pharmacies until current employment beginning in 2005 with Oregon Healthcare Pharmacy (LTC Pharmacy) as a consultant and in-house pharmacist.  Community interests include the YMCA Board, United Way Board, Local Festival Board, Junior Achievement, Dixon Public Schools Foundation Chairman,  Dixon High School Booster Club and the Drake University Parent’s Board.
