Jerry is President of Ritt Medical, Inc. He had three pharmacies specializing in prescriptions, specialized prescriptions, and compounding. He sold them to Walgreens with a consulting agreement to follow. He also owned a home care oxygen company-eventually selling to Apria.

Ritt graduated from Drake University College of Pharmacy in 1967. He also did post graduate courses in business at Drake and Master of Business courses at Wisconsin while working for Eli Lilly.

Ritt's professional organizations include American College of Apothecaries (President), Arizona Board of Pharmacy (President), preceptor and adjunct professor for Midwestern University Pharmacy School (Az), Arizona Pharmacy Association, and National Comm. Pharmacist Association.
