FAQ

Question: I have enough credits to graduate in the middle of my senior year. Is that recommended? Wouldn’t it be a good idea then to take some courses at a local college before entering Drake?

Answer: Drake strongly discourages this plan and can’t, in fact, consider a student who graduates and takes courses at a local college for admission as an entering freshman. Once a student graduates from high school and takes courses at any kind of postsecondary institution we view that student as a transfer, and transfer admission is not offered at the pre-pharmacy level. The next opportunity to enroll at Drake would be at the professional level.
