FAQ

Question: How do I access my Degree Audit?

Answer: All students are responsible for understanding their degree audits and notifying the College Office with questions or concerns.

Please read the directions below to access the degree audit.

1. Log into MYDUSIS.

2. Click on Student Services and Financial Aid.

3. Click on Student Records

4. Click on Degree Audit.

5. Select term and click Submit.

6. Verify Curriculum Information is correct. Scroll to the bottom of page.  Click Generate New Audit.

7. Click in the circle next to the program.  Select the term, and click Generate Request.

8. Click in the circle next to Detail Requirements and click Submit.

9. Review your audit to determine what you have completed as well as what you still need to complete.

The audit is split up into GROUPS and AREAS. 

A.  Areas are: FYS, AOI's, Pre-Pharmacy math/science, Pre-Pharmacy Other, Professional Courses Areas, Professional Electives, Pharmacy General Electives

B. Groups:  Separates out the AOI's.

AOI/Pre-pharmacy completion information:

Spring semester of the SO year (4th semester of enrollment):

* FYS

* Bio 11, 12, 95 (Life Science AOI)

* Chem 1-4; 107-110 (Physical Science AOI)

* Math 50 (Qualitative AOI)

* IS 44 (Information Systems AOI)

* Stat 60

* Phar 11-71 (exception exists for study abroad students)

* Electives to obtain 60 or more credits

Summer prior to entrance into the professional program:

* Written Communication AOI (exception may be sought to complete this during P1 year)

* Rhet 73 (Engaged Citizen) (exception ma be sought to complete this during P1 year)

* Remediation of Phar 51 or 71 (if required)

End of the P3 year: Drake Curriculum AOI's

* Artistic Experience

* Historical Consciousness (2 courses total; 1 breadth)

* International and Multicultural Understanding

* Values and Ethics (Phar 161 or 162)
