Best Practices in Balanced Assessment (EDDL 204)

Course Overview
Assessment is a key component of a student’s educational experience, yet too often educators take a “one size fits all” approach to determining what a student knows. In this course, you will examine issues critical to incorporating balanced assessment in your classroom, exploring strategies for performance and authentic assessments as well as key elements for communication and celebration of student success. This course incorporates the Drake Inquiry Project.
