Active Learning (EDDL 245)

Course Overview
Active learning is student-centered, but multi-directional. You will learn strategies to implement active learning strategies, such as questioning, creating, reflecting and problem solving, that will likely expand and deepen your current teaching practices, and help promote higher level learning and retention of learning in your students. Your own learning in this class will be influenced by your participation in active learning processes through discussion, case analysis, concept mapping, and more. This course incorporates the Drake Inquiry Project.
