One of the four principles that provide a framework for No Child Left Behind legislation is expanded parental choice. Research indicates that both principals and teachers feel the need for parental-involvement training. How can you build a partnership with your students' parents so that achievement and behavior in your classroom improves? Examine research findings, survey colleagues, and investigate new strategies for involving parents in your classroom in a manner appropriate for your educational setting.
