Course Overview
The main goal of this course is to investigate how to teach mathematics actively, especially in the context of graphing. You will explore three types of graphical representations: bar graphs, circle graphs, and coordinate graphing. While doing this, you will discuss ways your students can make sense of these topics: from encouraging them to ask questions and engage in focused discussions to enhancing their learning by providing opportunities in which they can do and use mathematics.
