Brenda McNear is in charge of outdoor reservations on campus. 

Reserving an area on campus for an outdoor event insures exclusive use of the area for the desired time and reduces the risk of damage to underground utilities should a tent be required.

Things To Know When Organizing an Event on Campus.

The reservation form is located in the Facility Services channel of BlueView under the Campus Life and Employee tabs.
