5.14 UNIVERSITY HEARING PANEL (CODE OF STUDENT CONDUCT) This committee, authorized by the Drake University Code of Student Conduct (revised 4-8-93) will hear cases involving violations of the code. The committee is composed of 21 members, 11 faculty and 10 students and the Faculty members shall be appointed by the Executive Committee of the Faculty Senate. The student members shall be appointed by the Student Senate. Members are appointed for two-year alternating terms.
