Late, Cancel, No Show Policies

Due to the increase of students requesting appointments the Student Health Center has implemented the below policies:

Late Arrival Policy

Our Late Arrival Policy states if you arrive 5 minutes late for your appointment we will do our best to fit you in, you will need to wait.  If you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will need to reschedule your appointment time.

No Show Policy

Our No Show Policy states if no show for 3 appointments at the Student Health Center during an academic year you will need to find other medical care.

Appointment Cancellation

Our Cancellation Policy states if you do not cancel your appointment 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for 3 appointments at the Student Health Center during an academic year will need to find other medical care.
