Pre-Employment Forms

Prior to beginning employment at Drake University, documentation and certain forms are required.  These forms will be available at Human Resources, but are also available for your convenience. 

Unless noted, these forms can be completed prior to arriving on campus, when the remainder of the employment paperwork is completed. 

The I-9 Form, Employment Eligibility Verification will be provided to you when you arrive at Human Resources.  Below is a list of the acceptable documents that must be provided to complete the form.

I-9 List of Acceptable Documents: Either an item from List A OR an item from List B AND List C must be provided to Human Resources prior to beginning employment. All documents must be unexpired.
