The SPOTlight program is a monthly program honoring a staff member who demonstrates <span style="text-decoration:underline">S</span>uperior <span style="text-decoration:underline">P</span>erformance and <span style="text-decoration:underline">O</span>utstanding <span style="text-decoration:underline">T</span>alent on the Drake campus. Staff members nominated are evaluated in the areas of excellence, creativity, learning, community involvement, integrity, and fiscal responsibility.
