A Globally Engaged Campus for the Future

Global engagement at Drake is expanding: A growing number of students study abroad, internationally focused majors are seeing increased enrollment, and the University is hosting more visiting lecturers from around the world.

With the leadership and innovation of Drake faculty and staff and our strategic partners across the globe, the University is positioned to build on this momentum. Drake is infusing global and multicultural perspectives across the campus and curriculum. New infrastructure, resources, and communication systems will support internationalization and enhance global engagement. Through expanding partnerships in local, national, and international settings, the University aims to become a global knowledge hub for Greater Des Moines.
