Computer Repair Policies
Computer Repairs:
Drake does NOT sell, install, repair or service computer equipment. If a student is having problems with their computer, they can bring it to the Help Desk for service. The Support Center will evaluate the problem to determine if it is hardware or software related. If it is a software related problem, the Support Center staff will attempt to resolve the problem. If it is a hardware related problem, the staff will advise the student about repair options available.
Off-Campus Network Access:
Students living off-campus will need to acquire an ISP (Internet service provider) in order to access Drake's web pages.
