Telephone Services The Office of Telephone Services offers a wide range of telephone and voice mail services for all faculty, staff and resident students.

Assistance with local, long distance and international dialing is available.

Instructions for using voice mail are available and short courses are offered at least once a semester.  Covered are such topics as checking for messages from on- and off-campus, retrieving, saving, forwarding and leaving messages.

Faculty and staff may request that a conference call be set up for Drake business purposes  Arrangements may be made to use your office phone, a Polycom speaker phone or the services of an external vendor.

A listing of helpful short cuts and features that may be used with the Rolm telephones on campus are available.  These include camping on to a number, forwarding your calls to another extension, entering do not disturb mode, transferring a call and changing your ring pitch.
