Telemarketing Calls

If you receive a call from a telemarketer, tell them they have reached a business and that you are not interested and please have them take the number they called out of their list.

You then can hang up.

Many times telemarketing calls are performed at night and their call goes into your voicemail box.  You can delete the message right away by pushing the * button to stop, push the 6 button to delete, and push the # to go on.

The next option is to call the National Do Not Call Registry at 1-888-382-1222 and follow the prompts to block your number from getting telemarketing calls. Another option is to go online at www.donotcall.gov and you can register up to 3 numbers that should stop your phone numbers from getting the unwanted calls.
