Technical Information (for support personnel)

  • Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 404.
  • Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and About Custom Error Messages.

Transfer Registration

Once you have decided to attend Drake University, you can register for classes. Please contact your college/school representative as soon as possible for registration for spring classes.

Depending on your needs and circumstances, your appointment may be in person or by telephone, fax or e-mail. You can call direct or use Drake’s toll-free number, 1-800-44-DRAKE, and ask for the representatives below.

The following offices will be open during regular hours — 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. — throughout the summer and after classes begin. Some offices also will be open by appointment if you are unable to be on campus due to work and family obligations.

  • Student Accounts, Old Main — payments & parking stickers

  • Student Financial Planning, Carnegie Hall (closed 12-1 p.m.)
  • Professional and Career Development Services, Old Main, Rm. 107 — On-Campus Employment (closed 12-1 p.m.)
  • Student Life Center, Olmsted Center — Student ID (open 8 a.m.-12:30 a.m M-SA)
