Crime statistics

Campus crime statistics are compiled in accordance with the Clery Act, 20 USC 1092(f). Off-campus crime statistics are compiled by the Des Moines Police Department. All victims or witnesses may report crimes to Drake’s campus security on a voluntary, confidential basis.

These statistics are based on reports of crimes. The statistics do not show how many of the reports were verified; nor do the statistics show the number of convictions that resulted from the reports.
