Information to facilitate effective use of the report:

Each pdf document is bookmarked to provide easy navigation to desired topics in the document:  After opening the pdf document, click on the "Bookmarks" or "Drawer" tab on the upper left side of the document.  This will open a Table of Contents on the left side of the document.  Click on any listing to go to that topic in the document.

Links are provided to many referenced documents: Throughout each chapter there are live links to various web pages and documents referenced in the report.  In most cases, the links are in blue italics and uderlined.

  • Pass your cursor over the document (without clicking the mouse) and the cursor will turn into a pointing finger when it passes over a link.  When you find a link you would like to open, click on it.  It should open the specified page in the web browser or open a pdf document from the Drake Web site.
