*The Summer 2009 semester does not have officially-defined interim, 4-week, or 5-week sessions. The class start- and end-dates vary.

Summer 2009 Add Deadlines

Summer 2009 Drop Deadlines

- Last day to drop the class for a full tuition refund. - Last day to drop the class without a "W" on student's transcript. - Students must receive the instructor's approval to drop the class. |
Example: A class begins Friday, June 5. To receive a full refund for the class and to avoid having a "W" placed on thier transcript, students must notify their dean's office or the Student Records Office by 4:30 pm CT on Monday, June 8, that they intend to drop the class. Students who drop a class after this deadline will be responsible for the full tuition and fees for the class and also receive a "W" for the class on their transcript. |
