Learning at Drake
Drake University's commitment to lifelong learning occurs in many formats.
Emerging Leaders Collaborative: Cohort of 10-15 participants who show both an interest and potential for leadership roles, both formally and informally to cultivate leadership capabilities and a leadership mindset.
Excellence in Learning and Development: Attend sessions on campus, generally 2-3 hours in length, where information is presented on a variety of beneficial topics. Upon completion of requested hours, participants will receive a certificate and gift.
Learning and Development Leave: Continue your professional development by taking a leave, where you will have the opportunity to participate in comprehensive in-depth learning activities that will further Drake's strategic initiatives.
Tuition Exchange Program: Dependents of Drake University employees have the opportunity to receive assistance for education in both undergraduate and graduate programs.
Tuition Rebate Program: Enroll for classes for yourself, spouse/partner, and eligible dependents, that can applied towards a degree from Drake.
Tuition Reimbursement for PhD Program: Pursue a post-graduate degree, that is otherwise not offered at Drake, and receive reimbursement.
