President's Office-Complaint Procedure

The Office of the President is committed to providing the highest level of service and responsiveness to Drake University's many constituencies. Should you have a comment (compliment or concern) regarding the President's Office, please use the following procedure:

If you have a complaint about a concern that a policy or procedure has been incorrectly or unfairly applied or that inappropriate behavior or action has occurred, first please discuss the problem with the staff member with whom the issue originated.  If you would like the complaint to move forward following this discussion, please contact the person's immediate supervisor (in the case of the President, please contact the Secretary of the University, who will submit the issue to the Board of Trustees for resolution).
