Lilah Anderson has served as the Anderson Gallery Exhibitions and Community Engagement Manager at Drake University since October 2021. In her role she directs the Gallery, works with faculty, students and artists to curate exhibitions, and develops programming and outreach. Lilah has curated and collaborated on exhibitions on a range of topics as well as produced countless programs. She strives to foster community and cultivate cross-disciplinary engagement in art spaces. She earned her Master of Science in History of Art, Theory and Display from the University of Edinburgh and her Bachelor of Arts from Bard College with a double major in Art History and Biology. Prior to her current role at the Anderson Gallery, Lilah served as the Curator of Education for Iowa State University Museums where she directed the education program and managed the Reiman Gallery.
