CEPD FERPA Policy

Per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), your academic and financial information is protected. As a result, we cannot provide academic or financial information over the phone or via e-mail. You must access this information via myDrake, the Drake University Portal, using the directions found below.

To pay or view your bill

  1. Go to my.drake.edu
  2. Hover over or select "Student Links" option in the light blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
  3. Under the Student Account & Financial Aid heading, select "My Student Account". 

To view your student profile

A student's profile includes information about registered courses, academic transcript, financial aid, prior education/testing records, etc...

  1. Go to my.drake.edu
  2. Hover over or select "Student Links" option in the light blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
  3. Under the Student Records heading, select "My Student Profile". 

To request an official transcript

  1. Go to my.drake.edu
  2. Hover over or select "Student Links" option in the light blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
  3. Under the Student Records heading, select "Official Transcript Request".
