Jacob is currently a Senior Clinical Programs Advisor for PrescribeWellness in Irvine, California. PrescribeWellness, a division of Tabula Rasa HealthCare, is a leading provider of software and services that expand the role of pharmacy to deliver population health and chronic care management services through their proprietary cloud-based technology. Jacob received his Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration from Drake University. Jacob manages the roll-out and execution of various clinical programs with payers, pharmaceutical companies, and other strategic partnerships to bring additional revenue opportunities to PrescribeWellness pharmacies.
