Michael is currently a pharmacist on the Sales Team for ReMy Health. His role is to connect ReMy Health to pharmaceutical manufacturer clients to help get patients' very expensive specialty medicine faster via electronic methods. Michael describes ReMy Health as a "behind the scenes" company. Prescribers access the information provided by ReMy Health via the name of the drug or drug company in order to serve their patients.
In addition, Michael holds a significant role in the leadership and community development of many organizations. He serves as chairperson of the State of Iowa Board of Health and the Drake University Foundation. Michael is also a member of the Iowa e-Health Committee and DELTA Rx Advisory Board for the Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He was recognized for his involvement and business achievements in the first class of the Business Record’s “Forty Under Forty,” and he continues to pursue new areas of change and innovation in the community and pharmacy practice.
