Greetings Bulldogs,

We’ve done so much good work together and been through a lot of learning, growth, and change this semester. Thank you for the many ways you have shown up for diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. Our work across the University continues to move the needle toward becoming the community of belonging we aspire to be.

You being here makes a difference.

This month's newsletter lifts up some of the work for belonging that folks on this campus have engaged in this fall. It’s just a glimpse; it’s not all of it. But as this calendar year comes to a close, I want us to notice the commitment people continue to make throughout our Drake community.

May this winter break bring a slower pace, with time for each of you to rest, play, rejuvenate and connect to the people and activities you love.
