As academic and University events take precedence over any other event, the University maintains the right to:
a. Cancel, without advance notice, any event not in compliance with the general policy of the University regarding meetings or events on campus.
b. Change reservations to other facilities, with the understanding that, if possible, comparable space will be proved when the change is necessary.
