The Office of the Deputy Provost for Academic Affairs provides support to Drake University faculty at every stage of their professional careers.
Understanding that student success depends on faculty success, the DPAA encourages faculty success in pedagogy, research and creative arts, and university service-leadership. Building on a model of work-life integration, the DPAA offers programming to assist faculty and staff in thriving as members of our university community.
