The Women's and Gender Studies (WGS) program at Drake University is an interdisciplinary concentration that emphasizes the study of the totality of women's experiences with attention to the social construction of gender along with other categories of analysis, including race, class, religion, and sexuality.

Resources
Funding is available to support speakers and student activism related to gender, sexuality, and feminism. The WGS program may act as the primary sponsor or as co-sponsor of campus events, and the program can assist with event publicity.
Timeline
Rolling deadline. The program recommends applying early in the academic year before all funds are committed
