Students are seen by appointment only and walk-ins
Before scheduling an appointment, students are encouraged to make sure the medical attention they’re seeking is necessary. If a student feels a professor or parent needs to talk with someone in the Broadlawns Community Clinic at Drake, the student will be required to complete and sign a “Medical Release of Information” form granting permission for the clinical staff to speak with designated personnel.

Additional laboratory work and test cultures, as deemed necessary by the Health Center medical staff will be sent to the Broadlawns Medical Center laboratory. It will be the students or students’ insurance responsibility to cover the cost of these tests.
