Learning at Drake

Drake University's commitment to lifelong learning occurs in many formats.

Build Program: This consists of a variety of learning opportunities available to staff and faculty to connect with colleagues from across campus and pursue professional development and skill-building opportunities. 

Learning and Development Leave: Continue your professional development by taking a leave, where you will have the opportunity to participate in comprehensive in-depth learning activities that will further Drake's strategic initiatives. 

Tuition Exchange Program: Dependents of Drake University employees have the opportunity to receive assistance for education in both undergraduate and graduate programs. 

Tuition Rebate Program: Enroll for classes for yourself, spouse/partner, and eligible dependents, that can applied towards a degree from Drake.

Tuition Reimbursement for PhD Program: Pursue a post-graduate degree, that is otherwise not offered at Drake, and receive reimbursement.
