Planned upgrade on Thursday: EMS Software

Accruent EMS will be applying upgrades to our event management system (EMS) on Thursday, June 27 between 8 p.m. – 1 a.m. CT. While the maintenance window is designated for the entire time period, any outages causing the system to be unavailable will only last 10-15 minutes.

If you experience service interruptions outside this maintenance window, submit a Banner Third-Party Issue ticket, call the ITS Support Center at 515-271-3001, or visit the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
