Localized Network Issues

ITS staff are aware of and investigating localized network issues continuing after yesterday’s network issues; some people may experience issues with digital signage players and wireless displays. We’ll provide updates as we work to resolve this issue. 

If you’re being affected by this issue, contact the ITS Support Center by submitting a Network Issue ticket, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
