Planned Maintenance on Sunday: Campus Network

ITS staff will be performing maintenance on the campus network this Sunday, July 21 between 6 – 10 a.m. During this time, there will be several brief Internet outages lasting a few minutes each. During these short outages, connections between campus and the outside Internet will be unavailable, including those on campus trying to access services outside our network, as well as those off campus trying to reach campus systems. This critical work is necessary to protect and enhance the security of our campus network and data.

If you experience network connectivity issues after the maintenance is complete, submit a Network Issue ticket on our serivce portal. You can also contact the ITS Support Center for help by visiting service.drake.edu/its, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
