Drake Law Student Services

The Drake Law School Student Services team supports and enhances students’ experiences in law school. The team empowers students by identifying and accessing the available resources and opportunities to navigate any academic, personal, or health challenges that may arise as they pursue their legal education. 

The Student Services team provides academic and advising support, referrals to counseling, and assistance with personal or health matters that impact academics. Students Services serves as a liaison between students and faculty. We support student organizations including the Student Bar Association. We host events and programs on a wide range of topics including academic success, wellbeing, professional identity, and success on the bar exam. Student Services is home to the Director of Academic Success who supervises the Integrated Study Group (ISG) program. We work closely with the University Access and Success Office to coordinate accommodations for students with disabilities. We welcome student visits, comments, and suggestions.
