The Adams Leadership Awards ceremony is an annual event that celebrates and recognizes student leadership across campus.  Each spring, we honor students and organizations who made valuable contributions to the Drake University campus community through their outstanding commitment to leadership. Graduates from the Donald V. Adams Leadership Institute and the Drake University leadership studies minor are also recognized.

All students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to nominate individuals and student organizations that have shown exceptional leadership and contributions to the Drake community.
