Adams 3: The Leadership Launch (8 weeks)

• Audience: Senior/P2 Institute members
• Schedule: Thursdays from 4:00 - 6:00pm

The third and final training series of the Adams Leadership Institute provides students an opportunity to reflect back upon their leadership experiences at Drake, gain feedback and perspective about their leadership skills, and develop an intentional plan for how to apply their learning as they launch in to post-graduate life. Students learn valuable skills in reflection, perspective-taking, and the post-graduate transition. 

.Adams 3 meets for two hours weekly, eight weeks in a row. One section is offered each fall and spring semester.
