Drake Political Review is dedicated to providing Drake University students with an insightful, thought-provoking analysis of current events in politics, tailored to their experiences and aspirations. We believe that the issues debated in capitols, city halls, and even online resonate deeply amongst the entire campus community and the minds of those shaping the future.

We are the satire magazine on campus, and we release a magazine of political, lifestyle, and Drake-oriented stories once a semester. We also rely heavily on social media pages and the website to provide satire before the release of the physical mag. The magazine is mostly creative writing works, and writers and designers of all experience levels are welcome to join. The vibe of the magazine is fun, loose, creative, satirical, and a little subversive - a mouthpiece for the student body when it comes to issues on and off campus in a manner that is less formal than other publications.
