Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams Background PC - Select the image you would like to use as a background.

• Download the image(s) you want to use to your computer.
• Go to File Explorer.
• Paste the following into the file explorer path: %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads
• You should now see the Uploads folder.
• Copy your image(s) to the Uploads folder.

Microsoft Teams Background Mac - Select the image you would like to use as a background.

• Download the image(s) you want to use to your computer.
• Go to the Finder icon.
• Select Go to Folder.
• In the folder path enter: /users/<Drake ID Number>/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Backgrounds/Uploads (you will need to enter your own Drake ID number).
• Click Go.
• You should now see the Uploads folder.*
• Copy your image(s) to the Uploads folder.

*-If you do not see the Uploads folder, Mac users may need follow the instructions below and Show Background Effects to initialize the service, which will then make the Uploads folder visible.

Using your Microsoft Teams Background Image (PC & Mac):

• Once you’ve added your image, here’s how you use it during a meeting.
• Click on the three dots for more options on the meeting menu.
• Select Show Background Effects.
• Select your image.
• Click Apply and turn on video.

Desktop & Laptop Computers

Mac Desktop - To download your wallpaper, select Desktop or Laptop download next to the image you would like to use.

• Right click the image, then select "Save Image As".
• Save the file to your Desktop.
• Right click the image file on your Desktop.
• Hover over "Services" (at the bottom of the menu), and select "Set Desktop Picture" from the dropdown menu. 

Windows Desktop - To download your wallpaper, select Desktop or Laptop download next to the image you would like to use.

• Right click the image, then select "Save Image As".
• Save the file to your Desktop.
• Right click the image file on your Desktop.
• Select "Set as Desktop Background"

Mobile Devices

Android - Select the image you would like to use as a wallpaper.

• Press on the image until the menu appears then select Save Image.
• On your Home screen, touch and hold an empty space.
• Select Wallpapers.
• Choose the wallpaper from Gallery, and then select Download.
• Select OK.
• Crop the image as desired.
• Select Done.
• Select Save.

iPhone - Select the image you would like to use as a wallpaper below.

• Press on the image until the menu appears then select Save Image.
• Go to Your Settings.
• Find the Wallpaper tab and choose New Wallpaper
• Choose the wallpaper from Photos.
• Click on Set.
• Choose between "Set Lock Screen", "Set Home Screen" or "Set Both"
