There are several places on the web devoted to the intersections of Law, Politics, and Society. The Law and Society Association is one good place to start, and the podcasts and blogs at Life of the Law are fascinating.

Bookmark the Supreme Court blog, and return to it often for contemporary cases, and visit the Oyez Project for digitized and audio versions of classic Court cases (and a great baseball and Court trivia game).
