Endorsements

Each student must complete at least one endorsement.

Pursuing more than one endorsement makes you more competitive after graduation. Contact the Coordinator of Graduate Admissions to determine which undergraduate courses may count toward an endorsement area. The number of courses you will need to take to complete an endorsement will depend on how many of your undergraduate courses fulfill state requirements.

A reading endorsement is recommended for all individuals, particularly those interested in teaching K-3.  Special education and ESL/ELL are high demand areas in the job market.
