Facilitating Intercultural Learning

Established in Fall 2020 and delivered in partnership with True North Intercultural, this faculty development opportunity is intended to foster intercultural learning and development in service to Drake students as well as our local, national, and international constituents. Learn More

Global Pressing Issues

Through this grant program, the institute seeks interdisciplinary faculty-student research projects that address a global issue of broad public importance. The purpose of this initiative is to “enhance Drake’s involvement in addressing pressing global issues,” thus helping position Drake as a “global knowledge hub” in service to local, national and international communities. 1-2 projects are funded biannually for a two-year grant cycle.
