Organizations

Starting from your first semester, you can get involved in campus media and organizations to help you find that "fit."

Award-winning publications—The Times-Delphic and Drake Magazine—have both print and online editions, and are on the lookout for writers, editors, designers, photographers, and videographers. Drake also offers political and literary journals and a humor magazine.

The Public Relations Student Society of America and Ad Club help students build their portfolios and connect to the local professional community.

You can even try your hand at being a DJ, hosting a talk show, or covering a sports event through the Drake Broadcasting System, which runs the campus radio station and produces the annual live coverage of the Drake Relays.
